The first thing to check is whether or not your Blackboard login works on a web browser. When you log in to your school's Blackboard site (e.g., https://blackboard.school.edu) on a web browser, are you able to login successfully there, and then can you access your current classes? If possible, make sure to double check your credentials on the Blackboard site, as some schools have multiple logins for different student services such as a school portal or email.
In general, if you can login to your school's Blackboard site using a web browser, then those exact same credentials should work on the Blackboard Mobile Learn app. If they work on the web site but not on the app, contact our Support Team - please make sure to include the URL of your school's blackboard site where you can login successfully! We will start investigating your issue right away.
If you can't login to your school's Blackboard site using a web browser, then you won't be able to login on the app either. If this is the case, please reach out to your school's IT Help Desk as they can help you with account issues like this. Blackboard Mobile doesn't have access to your login information.
