Blackboard Mobile does not have any access to account information. Unfortunately, that means we can't help you reset or retrieve your login credentials. Your institution manages all requests related to account information, and should be able to help you. Contact your IT Helpdesk for assistance - you can usually find a help link on your school's Blackboard site (often YourSchool.blackboard.edu) or a contact email on your HelpDesk website.
