Where did the logout button go?

In the latest version (3.0) of the Mobile Learn app, there is a new way users may logout:
 

Android

Press Menu > Select Settings > Select Logout


iOS (iPad, iPhone, iPod touch)

Press the Settings dropdown menu (the cog) > Select Logout
