Why can't I take a test on my mobile device?

Is your school running the appropriate software to allow mobile tests?

 Mobile compatible tests are currently only supported on Blackboard Mobile Learn-enabled sites running Blackboard Learn 9.1 and using the 3.0 support infrastructure. You can find out what Server Version your school is running at the School Finder Page.  After searching for and selecting your school, you'll see "Server Version" near the bottom left.  This number must read 91.3.0 or higher (e.g. 91.3.7) in order for mobile compatible tests to work.
 

Is your test mobile compatible?

You will not be able to take a test on your device unless that test is mobile compatible.  Tests are mobile compatible when they contain only supported question types.  If your test contains any question types outside of the supported list, it will be unavailable on your device.



If you find that your test contains only supported question types and still cannot take it on your mobile device, please contact our Support Team for assistance.
