How to find the version number of your BlackBerry device:

1. Go to the Home screen (press End if on another screen)<\li>
2. Press the BlackBerry key.
3. Select Settings (often near the bottom of the options).
4. Choose Options (often near the bottom of the options).
5. Select About.
6. Find the line beginning with "v#.#" (e.g. v5.0...)
