iPads and iPad mini's running version 3.1.3 of Blackboard Mobile Learn are unable to open large Powerpoint and .PDF files when a user attempts to open the file under "Attachments." Either a error stating "Unable to Read Document" will appear or the file will open but have no content. If you are having this issue, please download the new version of the app from the Appstore or Google Play (version 3.1.4). The issue has been resolved in this version!
