FIXED: iOS and Android - Some users can't post/reply in the discussion board

Update

Better news!!  The issue has been resolved.  A update to our server software has been issue to system administrators.  Once your school updates the software, users should be able to post to the discussion board normally.  If you find you are still having an issue, search for your school on our school finder page to see if your school's software is up to date.  It should read 91.3.9 under "Server Version" on the bottom left.  If it does not show that number, please contact us and we'll get in touch with your school.  Thank you for your patience while we resolved this.  We'd also like to thank all the users who helped us spot and resolve the issue!
 
 
Good news!  Our development team has discovered the bug that is causing the problem and is currently working on quick fix. We've identified that the bug exists in the software that enables the App to access your school's Blackboard website. Once we release this fix and your school downloads the updated software, you will be able to successfully post to your discussion boards within the App.

Again, we're very sorry for any inconvenience this has caused, but we expect it will be resolved very soon. For the time being, please use the website to make any discussion board posts.
